Product Description

Porcelain fused to metal restorations are the classic standard restorations for dentistry. Burbank Dental Lab has 40 years of excellence fabricating PFM restorations, from single units to full mouth rehabilitations. Our technicians are trained to focus special attention on proper tooth morphology, esthetics, and function. Care is taken at every phase to ensure consistency, dies are trimmed under magnification, castings are created using induction casting or CAD/CAM milling. The final Quality Control is done using magnification by our most experienced technicians. All Burbank Dental Lab PFM restorations are covered by a 5-year warranty.

Indications for Use

  • Excellent restoration for anterior and posterior crowns and bridges.
  • Cases requiring precision attachments or when minimal inner occlusal space is available.
  • Conventional Crowns - Up to Full Roundhouse Bridges
    Restorations over Implants

Contraindications

  • Highly aesthetic cases with minimal prep reduction.
  • Supra gingival margins are contraindicated.

Clinical Handling

  • Prep Design
  • Any margin style, ideally 1.5 mm of occlusal clearance for optimum aesthetics

Cementation

Any conventional cementation system, glass ionomer, resin modified glass ionomer, auto cure resins can be used.

Adjusting & Polishing

Adjust with diamond or stones, smooth with fine grit rotary instruments, and polish with porcelain polishing system of your choice.

In-Lab Turnaround Time

The in-lab turnaround is 7 working days, with expedited delivery available on request.
