e.max Layered Veneers
This patient had crooked, worn teeth with diastemas and a gummy smile. Crown lengthening was performed and 10 e.max layered Veneers, 4-13 from Burbank Dental Laboratory were placed.
e.max Layered Restorations
This patient had severe erosion and a gummy smile. It was necessary to perform crown lengthening to correct the smile and have enough tooth structure for restorations to be bonded. After surgery, 12 layered e.max crown restorations from Burbank Dental Lab were placed.
e.max Layered Restorations
This patient had retroclined anteriors that were worn and asymmetrical. Tooth #11 had a PFM crown that was opaque and was creating some gingival inflammation. The e.max layered restorations from Burbank Dental Laboratory were chosen to brighten and bring the smile facially in order, to create a fuller more esthetic smile.
e.max Layered Veneers
This patient had two old composite veneers on teeth 8 & 9. Two 3/4 veneers, made out of layered e.max from Burbank Dental Lab were placed on teeth 8 & 9.

The patient presented with a gummy smile and gingival asymmetry. Crown lengthening was performed to correct gingival issues, then 12 layered e.max from Burbank Dental Lab were placed.
Zir-MAX Layered Crowns
The patient had old anterior crowns that were not esthetically proportionate, and all teeth had severe tetracycline staining. The smile also had deficient buccal corridor.
Zir-MAX Layered was selected in order to block out underlying color problems and create ideal esthetic proportions and a big smile by building out the buccal corridor. 28 Zir-MAX Layered crowns from Burbank Dental Lab were placed.
Zir-MAX Layered and Monolithic Full Mouth
The patient had a combination of badly worn natural teeth and old failing PFMs. The patient also had inflamed tissue around the PFMs and had lost vertical. Zir-MAX Layered was chosen for anteriors and Zir-MAX.M (Monolithic) for posterior crowns and 2 bridges. Vertical was restored and length was added to anteriors to create an ideal smile.
Zir-MAX Full Mouth Rehabilitation
The patient had broken down and missing teeth, as well as an old amalgam restoration. A combination of Zir-MAX Layered and Zir-MAX.M (monolithic) restorations were selected in order to create a combination of cosmetic layered anterior restorations and monolithic posterior crowns and bridges. 30 Zir-MAX Layered and Monolithic crowns and bridges from Burbank Dental Lab were placed.
