DIRECTIONS:
- Enter the first and last name. (Please MAKE SURE TO CAPITALIZE the first letter of the first and last name, example: John Smith --- not, JOHN SMITH).
- Enter email address.
- Enter the mobile phone number for an SMS text message to be sent (HIGHLY recommended when possible).
- Click the submit button. The customer/patient will then receive an email (and text if applicable) inviting them to provide a Google, Facebook or Yelp rating and review. That's it!
BEST PRACTICES
After a customer receives an order or has an interaction or support case solved, thank them for their business and let them know they will be receiving an email shortly and we would love if they would provide a quick rating and review of our services. The SOONER the form is sent following the customer's order, the better the chances of them providing a review.
