Burbank Dental Lab has far exceeded all of my expectations, and has fully delivered top tier prosthodontic work. What sets this lab apart from others is the constant communication. When problems arise, which they always do, there is never any hesitation for them to find a solution. If the person you talk to doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, I’m always sent to another person who eventually solves my problem. Apart from the communication, they send all their cases wrapped in almost 20 bags of bubble wrap, upon 10 layers of foam. I can seriously drop my lab boxes from a building, and I know it will survive. That just shows the commitment to their work, and my crowns always come out amazing. I would be proud to put their crowns in my mouth.

This is a special shout-out to Holly Lagos. She is an absolutely amazing person, and has been nothing but kind to me. She never makes me feel like I’m asking stupid questions – because ultimately, we’re trying to both get the best result for our patients. She is the high bar I expect from all my labs now.
