The Smart1 abutments from Burbank Dental Lab can be fabricated for virtually every implant system. This gives you the highest freedom to work with whatever implant platform that you decide is best for each case.
Burbank Dental Lab can fabricate abutments for cementable or screw-retained restorations and offers a choice of titanium, zirconia w/Ti base, and Cr/Co frameworks. Each is available with options for cement-retained or screw-retained restorations.
Working with Burbank Dental Lab allows you to have the benefits of a small lab experience and a one-on-one relationship with expert technicians that can help facilitate treatment choices and material selection. You are not a number when you are working with Burbank Dental Lab’s Smart1 Implant Department.
Burbank Dental Lab's warranty includes the standard implant manufacturers warranty, in addition to the abutment and crown which are also covered. This gives you the security that your patient’s total restorative component parts will be supported by Burbank Dental Lab.
Smart1® abutments are custom engineered to meet each patient's case needs best. Burbank Dental Lab uses the most advanced design and milling technologies to deliver the most precise fits available. Burbank Dental Lab has developed the technology to provide abutments that are compatible with most major implant platforms. Great care is taken with design decisions to facilitate the ideal emergence and contours and create an optimized soft-tissue contour and esthetics. Our confidence in the quality of Smart1® custom abutments is backed by a minimum 7-year limited warranty.
